How long will my order take to arrive? Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Once shipped:

- Standard/Free: 7-14 business days

Do you ship internationally? At this time, we ship only to addresses within the United States. We're working on expanding soon!

Returns & Refunds What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. Return shipping is customer-paid unless the item arrives defective or damaged. Refunds are issued within 7-10 business days after we receive the return.
What if my mug arrives damaged or broken? Please contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or full refund—no questions asked!
